The B1257 Helmsley to Malton Road is to be closed at Barton le Street between 6 p.m. and midnight from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd April 2016 for carriageway repairs.

From the official website here it seems the closure will be on the Slingsby side of Barton.

Visitors may want to get advice locally as to the best diversion route for their journey.
